Cancellation policy

Subscription cancellation: You can pause, skip, or cancel your Filter Plan subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing draynixhvac@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled shipment. If a shipment has already been processed or shipped, that shipment will still be delivered and charged, and the cancellation applies to all future shipments. No cancellation fees, ever.
